These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Closeline ("Service"), operated by Closeline ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Closeline is a decision-intelligence platform that provides real-time sports betting signals, line-movement data, injury reports, and analysis tools ("Briefs"). The Service is an information product only. We do not accept bets, offer picks, guarantee outcomes, or hold any gambling license.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and reside in a jurisdiction where sports betting information services are lawful to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may not share, transfer, or resell access to the Service.
  • You may not use automated tools to scrape, bulk-download, or mirror Service data without written authorization.
  • You are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make using information from the Service.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid tiers are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no partial refunds. Free trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code.
  • Introduce malware, spam, or disruptive traffic.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT DATA IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR TIMELY. SPORTS BETTING IS INHERENTLY RISKY AND PAST SIGNAL PERFORMANCE DOES NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE RESULTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOSELINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR GAMBLING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after notice of changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
